Visit Majorelle

Terms & conditions

Our independent booking service, your order and your rights.

1. Who provides this service

Visit Majorelle is operated by Apollo Trading UG, Arnstädter Str. 50, 99096 Erfurt, Germany, represented by Robert Smith. The company is registered at the District Court Jena, Thuringia, under HRB 516591. Contact us at booking@visitmajorelle.com.

We provide an independent admission-ticket arrangement and booking-support service. We do not operate Jardin Majorelle or its museums, are not their official ticket office and are not affiliated with them. You can also purchase admission directly from the official ticket office. Our prices may differ from direct venue prices.

2. What you are booking

Your selection identifies the experience, ticket categories, quantities, visit date and entry time. Garden access and combined access are different products. The inclusions shown for the selected product, together with these terms and the Refund Policy, describe our service. Do not assume that transport, a guide, an audio guide, queue priority or access to an additional venue is included unless it is expressly listed.

Apollo Trading UG is responsible for arranging the admission described and for our booking support. The attraction is responsible for its operation and on-site rules. Describing those separate roles does not remove our own contractual obligations or your statutory rights.

3. Placing an order

The person placing the order must have legal capacity to enter into the contract and authority to provide the details of the visitors included. An adult should arrange bookings for children. Check your experience, quantities, eligibility categories, date, time, email address and total before paying. Correct mistakes before submitting the order, and contact us promptly if you notice an error afterwards.

When successful payment is confirmed, we accept your instruction to arrange the selected admission and provide our booking service. An unsuccessful or interrupted payment is not confirmation that an order has been paid. Keep the booking reference and contact us if the payment or order status is unclear before placing the same order again.

The payment confirmation records your order with us. It is not itself a venue-issued admission ticket and does not mean that the venue has already allocated the requested entry time.

4. Entry times and availability

Dates and entry times are shown in Marrakech local time. Our team checks the venue's availability after payment and obtains the admission tickets. The times offered in our booking form are not a live reservation of the venue's inventory. Garden and combined admission can have different availability.

If we cannot obtain your selected entry time, we will offer an available alternative for you to accept or a full refund. We will not treat silence as agreement to another time, date or experience. An alternative is not confirmed until it has been agreed and the relevant admission has been obtained. If we cannot supply the agreed booking, you are entitled to the applicable refund; you do not have to accept a credit instead.

5. Prices and payment

Our prices and checkout total are in euros. The amount payable to us for your selected admission and our service is the total shown before payment. Any compulsory charge payable to us must be included or clearly identified before you authorise payment. The price may change for a future order, but a later website update does not retrospectively increase a confirmed order's price.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or charges if your account uses another currency. Those charges are not additional fees collected by us. Use only a payment method you are authorised to use. A payment provider may request authentication or decline a transaction under its own checks. See our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy for payment and data-handling information.

6. Receiving your admission tickets

Our team sends the admission ticket or entry document to the email address supplied with the order. Payment completion does not promise immediate ticket delivery. Keep that mailbox accessible and check its spam and junk folders as well as the inbox.

If you cannot find your tickets, email booking@visitmajorelle.com with your booking reference and visit date. Tell us promptly if you entered an incorrect address. We may need to verify an address-change request to protect the booking. We remain responsible for supplying the agreed admission in time for the visit; a payment receipt is not a substitute for it.

Check the delivered ticket's experience, date, time, quantities and instructions. Report discrepancies as soon as possible so that we can help before entry.

7. Ticket categories and entry requirements

Select only a category for which the visitor qualifies. Reduced-price categories can require evidence of residency, nationality, student status or age at the venue. The requirements shown for the relevant ticket and the venue's admission rules apply. We do not promise admission using a reduced ticket when its eligibility conditions are not met.

Follow the date, time, access instructions and any identification requirements on your admission ticket. Allow time to reach the entrance. Late arrival, a missed visit, an incorrect category or failure to follow reasonable venue rules can result in refusal of entry. This does not excuse an error in the ticket or service that we supplied.

8. Cancellations, changes and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund if your cancellation reaches us before the admission tickets have been purchased or allocated. After purchase or allocation, voluntary changes and cancellations are not offered unless we expressly agree otherwise. The point of allocation matters; the time you receive the ticket email may be later.

The Refund Policy explains these rules, unavailable entry times, our errors, closure or refused admission, how to request help and refund timing. Mandatory withdrawal rights and other statutory remedies, where applicable, take priority over the voluntary cancellation rules. Payment, purchase or email delivery alone does not establish that a statutory right has been waived.

9. Venue changes and events outside our control

The attraction can change access arrangements, security requirements or its operation. We will help resolve a material problem affecting the admission we arranged. If closure or another event prevents the agreed admission, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply. General references to events outside our control do not allow us to keep payment for admission we cannot supply without an applicable basis.

Travel, accommodation and other arrangements you make separately are not included in this booking. Any legal entitlement to compensation for a loss remains governed by applicable law and the circumstances.

10. Responsible website use

Do not make fraudulent orders, use another person's payment details without permission, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access to systems or bookings. We may take proportionate steps to protect the site and investigate suspected misuse. Any resulting treatment of a paid order remains subject to applicable law.

Website photographs and editorial descriptions help explain the visit; they do not add services that are not included in your selected product. Information may be corrected as circumstances change. The version and offer applicable to an existing order are not replaced simply by publishing new website wording.

11. Responsibility and statutory protection

We are responsible for our own service under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or death or personal injury where the law protects such claims. These terms do not impose a general waiver of consumer remedies or make our internal decision final.

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Reading or accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional tracking, marketing or every use of personal data.

12. Questions, applicable law and updates

For a complaint, contact booking@visitmajorelle.com with your reference, the problem and the outcome you seek. This contact route does not restrict access to a competent court, regulator, payment provider or any dispute-resolution right available by law.

German law governs our service contract. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not require a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in a German court.

This version applies to orders made from the date shown above. Updates apply prospectively; they do not remove rights arising from an earlier order. If part of these terms cannot lawfully be applied, the applicable law governs that issue and the remaining provisions continue only to the extent legally permissible.
